Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services spokesman Rick Binetti said Tuesday he could not confirm that a second staff member was diagnosed with MRSA. Prison officials are treating the situation as though a staff member was diagnosed, and have been re-educating the staff about MRSA, he said.
